KidsParty.Rentals is a free-to-browse online directory that connects parents and event planners with kids’ party vendors (entertainers, rental companies, venues, and related services) across the United States. Vendor Listing Information
Our directory includes business listings compiled from publicly available sources (such as public business directories and mapping services), including business name, category, address, phone number, website, and public reviews/ratings. If you are a vendor and believe your listing contains inaccurate information, or you would like it corrected or removed, contact us at hello@kidsparty.rentals.
Information You Provide to Us
If you claim a listing, create an account, contact us, or sign up for a paid plan, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, and payment information.
Payment Information
Paid plan purchases (Verified, Preferred, and Spotlight tiers) are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers — Stripe handles payment processing and storage in accordance with its own security standards and privacy policy.
Automatically Collected Information
Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies, and we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, general location, device type, and referral source). This helps us improve the directory. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Email Communications
If you are a vendor in our directory or you sign up for updates, we may send you emails about your listing, claiming your business, or relevant product updates using our email service providers (Amazon SES and FluentCRM). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. We do not sell your email address.

We retain listing and account information for as long as needed to operate the directory or as required by law. If you request deletion of your personal data, we will remove it from active use, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Your Rights

Children’s Privacy
KidsParty.Rentals is a business-to-consumer directory intended for use by adults planning events.
